This internal test session serves as an end-to-end operational dry run to benchmark workflow efficiency, validate AV/network pipeline stability, and stress-test core logistics under simulated live conditions. Participants will execute a compressed run-of-show, assess latency in speaker and slide transitions, and run deliberate failover drills to refine contingency protocols. Attendance is required for primary session leads, technical production staff, and on-site coordinators.
