1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 接受條款
By accessing, registering for, or using this platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
閣下瀏覽、註冊或使用本平台（「平台」）即表示閣下同意接受本使用條款及細則（「條款」）的約束。如閣下不同意本條款，請勿使用本平台。
2. PLATFORM OVERVIEW 平台概述
2.1 Role of the Platform 平台角色
The Platform is a digital ticketing and event management system that uses a virtual credit-based economy to facilitate event registration and priority ticket allocation. The Platform is operated for the purpose of managing event access and does not constitute a financial service, payment system, stored value facility, or investment platform. Events hosted on the Platform are fundamentally free to access, and the virtual economy functions strictly as an engagement-based reward system.
本平台為一數碼票務及活動管理系統，使用虛擬積分經濟以協助活動登記及優先門票分配。平台營運目的為管理活動入場，並不構成金融服務、支付系統、儲值支付工具或投資平台。本平台上舉辦的活動基本上可免費參與，虛擬經濟嚴格僅作為基於用戶參與度的獎勵系統運作。
2.2 Intermediary and Content Disclaimer 中介及內容免責聲明
The Platform operates solely as an intermediary technological platform. Any events, information, images, descriptions, or other content uploaded or published on the Platform by event organisers or users ("User-Generated Content") belong entirely to their respective uploaders or owners. The Platform operator does not pre-screen, verify, guarantee, or endorse any User-Generated Content or the quality, safety, legality, or existence of any events hosted. The operator bears no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from User-Generated Content or events organized through the Platform.
本平台僅作為中介技術平台營運。任何由活動主辦方或用戶在平台上上傳或發佈的活動、資訊、圖片、描述或其他內容（「用戶生成內容」）均完全屬於其各自的上傳者或擁有者。平台營運者不會預先審查、核實、保證或認可任何用戶生成內容，亦不保證舉辦之任何活動的質素、安全性、合法性或真實性。對於因用戶生成內容或透過本平台組織的活動而引起的任何索賠、損害或爭議，營運者概不承擔任何責任或法律義務。
3. VIRTUAL CREDITS ("COINS") 虛擬積分（「代幣」）
3.1 Nature of Virtual Credits 虛擬積分性質
The virtual credits, referred to generically in these Terms as "Coins" (regardless of the actual in-platform terminology such as points, tokens, credits, or any other name), used on this Platform are a non-monetary, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted within the Platform), and non-redeemable digital unit representing platform-specific engagement credits. Coins cannot be purchased with fiat currency, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any form of legal tender, and do not represent any form of stored value, credit, or financial instrument. Coins are strictly intended for personal, non-commercial use within the Platform and may not be bought, sold, bartered, or traded for money, services, or any other forms of value outside of the Platform.
本平台使用的虛擬積分，在本條款中統稱為「代幣」（無論平台實際使用何種術語，如積分、代幣、點數或任何其他名稱），為非貨幣性質、不可轉讓（平台內明確許可的情況除外）及不可兌換的數碼單位，代表平台特有的參與度積分。代幣無法使用法定貨幣購買，不具有任何現實世界的貨幣價值，不能兌換為現金、加密貨幣或任何形式的法定貨幣，亦不代表任何形式的儲值、信用或金融工具。代幣嚴格僅供平台內個人及非商業用途使用，不得在平台以外購買、出售、以物易物或交易以換取金錢、服務或任何其他形式的價值。
3.2 Coin Issuance and Adjustment 代幣發行及調整
The Platform operator reserves the absolute right to issue, modify, adjust, reset, or revoke any Coins at any time to maintain platform integrity, prevent abuse, or reflect operational updates. This includes, but is not limited to, modifying interest rates, income rates, transfer tax rates, and other economic parameters at the operator's sole discretion. The operator will endeavor to provide reasonable notice on the Platform for any major structural changes to the Coin economy, except in emergencies, technical failures, or cases of suspected user misconduct, where changes may be made instantly without notice and without liability.
平台營運者保留在任何時候發行、修改、調整、重設或撤銷任何代幣的絕對權利，以維護平台完整性、防止濫用或反映營運更新。此包括但不限於修改利率、收入率、轉賬稅率及其他經濟參數，完全由營運者自行決定。對於代幣經濟的任何重大結構性變更，營運者將努力在平台上提供合理的通知，但在緊急情況、技術故障或懷疑用戶不當行為的情況下，營運者可立即作出變更而無需另行通知，且不承擔任何責任。
3.3 No Guarantee of Coin Value 不保證代幣價值
The utility and availability of Coins may change at any time. The Platform operator does not guarantee that Coins will maintain any particular purchasing power or utility on the Platform. Coins are accumulated entirely at the user's own risk and may be lost, expire, or become worthless at the operator's discretion or due to system updates.
代幣的效用及可用性可能隨時更改。平台營運者不保證代幣將維持任何特定在平台上的購買力或效用。用戶累積代幣須自行承擔全部風險，代幣可能會遺失、到期或因系統更新而失去價值。
3.4 Refunds 退還
Coins spent on ticket purchases are refundable only if (a) the user cancels their ticket at least 24 hours before the event start time, or (b) the event is cancelled by the Platform operator. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable and may result in the user being classified as a no-show, subject to account penalties.
用於購買門票的代幣僅在以下情況下可退還：(a) 用戶在活動開始時間前至少24小時取消門票，或 (b) 活動被平台營運者取消。在活動開始時間前24小時內取消的門票不可退還，用戶可能被歸類為缺席並受到帳戶處分。
3.5 Transfer Restrictions 轉賬限制
Coin transfers between users within the Platform are subject to level-based restrictions and applicable transfer taxes as determined by the Platform operator. The operator may restrict, limit, or disable transfers at any time to preserve the platform economy or prevent fraudulent activity.
用戶之間在平台內的代幣轉賬須受基於等級的限制及適用的轉賬稅率約束，由平台營運者決定。營運者可隨時限制、约束或停用轉賬功能，以維護平台經濟或防止欺詐活動。
4. EVENT REGISTRATION AND TICKET ALLOCATION 活動登記及門票分配
4.1 Two Ticket Acquisition Methods 兩種門票獲取方式
The Platform offers two methods of obtaining event tickets for otherwise free admissions: (a) Priority Access, which provides instant ticket issuance in exchange for Coins; and (b) Standard Ballot, which is an allocation method governed by internal system algorithms. Neither method guarantees event participation, as events may be cancelled, modified, or subject to capacity changes at the operator's discretion.
平台提供兩種獲取本屬免費入場的活動門票之方式：(a) 優先通道，以代幣換取即時發放門票；及 (b) 標準抽籤，為受內部系統算法管轄的分配方式。任何方式均不保證活動參與，因為活動可能被取消、修改或受營運者酌情決定的容量變更影響。
4.2 Ballot System 抽籤系統
The Standard Ballot is an algorithmic, weighted distribution method. Entry into the ballot is free but does not confer any guaranteed right or expectation of receiving a ticket. Users acknowledge that the selection algorithm is not purely random; the allocation system may dynamically adjust distribution probabilities or prioritize entries based on profile metrics, including but not limited to: user levels, experience points (XP), platform engagement history, and records of past event attendance. The platform operator reserves the absolute right to automatically de-prioritize or completely exclude accounts from the ballot pool that have a documented history of unexcused absences ("no-shows") or ticket cancellations within the 24-hour restricted window.
標準抽籤為一種算法加權分配方式。參與抽籤為免費，但並不賦予任何獲得門票的保證權利或期望。用戶確認選擇算法並非完全隨機；分配系統可根據用戶指標動態調整分配概率或優先處理報名，此等指標包括但不限於：用戶等級、經驗值（XP）、平台參與歷史及過往活動出席記錄。平台營運者保留絕對權利，對有未經指明缺席（「缺席」）記錄或在24小時限制窗口內取消門票記錄的用戶，自動降低其在抽籤中的優先級或將其完全排除在抽籤之外。
4.3 Priority Access 優先通道
Priority Access allows users to secure tickets instantly by spending Coins accumulated through platform engagement. Tickets are issued immediately upon successful transaction, subject to available venue capacity. Coins spent on Priority Access are refundable only in accordance with the refund policy set out in Section 3.4.
優先通道允許用戶通過消耗透過平台參與所累積的代幣來即時確保門票。門票在成功交易後立即發放，但須視乎可用的場地容量。用於優先通道的代幣僅根據第3.4條所載的退款政策退還。
4.4 Ticket Cancellation 門票取消
Users may cancel their confirmed tickets at any time. If the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the event start time, any Coins spent on Priority Access will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event start time, no Coin refund will be provided. Users who hold tickets but do not attend the event and do not cancel in advance will be automatically classified as a no-show, which will alter their backend allocation probabilities and may restrict their future use of the Platform or ballot mechanisms.
門票取消。用戶可隨時取消已確認的門票。如取消在活動開始時間前至少24小時進行，用於優先通道的代幣將被退還。如取消在活動開始時間前24小時內進行，則不退還代幣。持有門票但未出席活動且未提前取消的用戶將被自動歸類為缺席，這將改變其後台分配概率，並可能限制其未來對平台或抽籤機制的使用。
4.5 Event Cancellation 活動取消
The Platform operator and event organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, all Coins spent on Priority Access for that event will be returned to the respective users, and all affected registrants will be notified. The operator bears no liability for external user expenses (e.g., transport or personal arrangements) resulting from event cancellations.
平台營運者及活動主辦方保留在任何時候取消、延期或修改任何活動的權利。如營運者取消活動，用於該活動優先通道的所有代幣將退還予相關用戶，並通知所有受影響的登記者。對於因活動取消而導致的外部用戶開支（例如交通或個人安排），營運者不承擔任何責任。
5. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONDUCT 用戶帳戶及行為
5.1 Account Policy, Verification, and Pseudonymity 帳戶政策、驗證及匿名性
(a) Strict Account Limit: Only one (1) account is permitted per individual person. Creating, maintaining, or operating multiple accounts for any reason is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate suspension or permanent banning of all associated profiles.
嚴格帳戶限制： 每人僅限擁有及營運一（1）個帳戶。嚴禁因任何原因建立、維護或營運多個帳戶。違反此規則可能導致所有相關個人檔案被立即暫停或永久封禁。
(b) No Identity Document Requirement: The Platform does not require you to provide government-issued personal identification information (such as HKID cards or passports) for regular registration. There is no strict obligation to input your legal real name, real phone number, or real email address. These fields are strictly collected for account differentiation, unique token authentication, and platform communication purposes.
無需身份證明文件： 平台不要求閣下提供政府簽發的個人身份證明資料（如香港身份證或護照）進行常規註冊。閣下並無嚴格義務輸入法定的真實姓名、真實電話號碼或真實電郵地址。此等欄位純粹用於帳戶區分、獨特代碼認證及平台通訊目的。
(c) User Risk Assumption: While real credentials are not universally mandated, the Platform operator is not responsible or liable for any loss, forfeiture of tickets, or inconvenience resulting from your decision to enter unverifiable names, numbers, or faulty details. This includes, but is not limited to: failing to receive ticket confirmation codes due to wrong email entry, verification failures during entry checkpoints, or event admission rejections by independent venue organizers.
用戶風險承擔： 雖然平台並未強制要求提供真實憑證，但對於因閣下決定輸入不可驗證的姓名、號碼或錯誤資料而導致的任何損失、門票沒收或不便，平台營運者概不負責。此包括但不限於：因輸入錯誤電郵而未能收到門票確認碼、入場檢查點驗證失敗，或被獨立場地主辦方拒減入場。
(d) Age-Limited Events: Certain events hosted on the Platform may be subject to legal, content, or venue-enforced age restrictions (e.g., 18+ entry). For access to these specific age-limited events or specific priority entries, you must input your true, accurate chronological age. The operator and event hosts reserve the right to verify your age at the door via official credentials, and any discrepancy or false age entry will result in immediate ticket forfeiture and potential account suspension.
特定年齡限制活動： 平台上舉辦的某些活動可能受法律、內容或場地強制執行的年齡限制（例如：18歲以上方可入場）。如欲參與此等特定年齡限制之活動或特定優先通道，閣下必須輸入真實、準確的實際年齡。營運者及活動主辦方保留在入場時透過官方憑證核實閣下年齡的權利，任何不符或虛報年齡的行為將導致門票被立即沒收，並可能導致帳戶被暫停。
5.2 Prohibited Conduct 禁止行為
You agree not to: (a) create multiple accounts for the purpose of farming Coins, manipulating engagement metrics, or manipulating the ticket allocation system; (b) use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized software to interact with the Platform; (c) transfer, sell, trade, or attempt to transfer, sell, or trade your account or Coins outside of the Platform for money, services, or any other real-world value; (d) engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation or other users' experience; (e) post, upload, or share any content that constitutes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, explicit material, or promotes illegal activities.
閣下同意不會：(a) 為賺取代幣、操縱參與度指標或操縱門票分配系統而建立多個帳戶；(b) 使用自動化腳本、機器人或其他未經授權的軟件與平台互動；(c) 在平台以外以金錢、服務或任何其他現實世界價值轉讓、出售、交易或試圖轉讓、出售或交易閣下的帳戶或代幣；(d) 從事任何干擾平台運作或其他用戶體驗的活動；(e) 發佈、上傳或分享任何構成仇恨言論、騷擾、歧視、露骨材料或宣揚非法活動的內容。
5.3 Account Termination 帳戶終止
The Platform operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all Coins, XP, and data associated with the account may be permanently deleted without compensation or liability.
帳戶終止。平台營運者保留在任何時候以任何理由暫停或終止任何帳戶的權利，包括但不限於違反本條款。帳戶終止後，與帳戶相關的所有代幣、經驗值及數據可能被永久刪除，且不予補償，亦不承擔任何責任。
5.4 System Exploitation 系統利用
You agree not to use, exploit, or manipulate any platform mechanism—including but not limited to the Coin economy, experience points (XP), levels, rewards, quick link rewards, event registration, ballot system, transfer system, or any other feature—in any manner other than its reasonably intended purpose. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, circumvent restrictions, or exploit bugs, loopholes, or unintended behaviours of the Platform shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
閣下同意不以任何平台機制——包括但不限於代幣經濟、經驗值（XP）、等級、獎勵、快速連結獎勵、活動登記、抽籤系統、轉賬系統或任何其他功能——之合理預期用途以外的任何方式使用、利用或操縱。任何試圖獲取不當優勢、規避限制或利用平台的錯誤、漏洞或非預期行為的行為，均構成對本條款的重大違反。
5.5 Reward Abuse 獎勵濫用
The Platform operator reserves the right to decline, reverse, or forfeit any rewards—including but not limited to Coins, XP, link click rewards, event attendance rewards, survey rewards, and any other incentive—at its sole discretion, if the operator reasonably believes that the reward was obtained through exploitation, manipulation, automation, or any method inconsistent with legitimate personal use of the Platform.
如平台營運者合理認為獎勵是通過利用、操縱、自動化或任何與平台合法個人使用不一致的方式獲得的，則營運者保留自行決定拒絕、撤銷或沒收任何獎勵的權利——包括限於代幣、經驗值、連結點擊獎勵、活動出席獎勵、問卷獎勵及任何其他獎勵。
5.6 Enforcement Actions 執行措施
In the event of a suspected or confirmed violation of Sections 5.1(a), 5.2, 5.4, 5.5, or 5.7, the Platform operator may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: (a) suspend or permanently terminate the user's account or network of accounts; (b) confiscate, reset, or adjust the user's Coins, XP, level, and any other platform assets; (c) reverse or void any transactions, rewards, or ticket allocations; (d) restrict access to specific platform features; (e) take any other action deemed necessary to preserve the integrity of the Platform. The operator's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
如懷疑或確認違反第5.1(a)、5.2、5.4、5.5或5.7條，平台營運者可自行決定且無需事先通知：(a) 暫停或永久終止用戶的帳戶或帳戶網絡；(b) 沒收、重設或調整用戶的代幣、經驗值、等級及任何其他平台資產；(c) 撤銷或作廢任何交易、獎勵或門票分配；(d) 限制對特定平台功能的存取；(e) 採取任何其他被認為必要的措施以維護平台的完整性。營運者在此等事宜中的決定為最終且具約束力的決定。
5.7 Prohibition of Secondary Markets 禁止二級市場
The Platform operator strictly prohibits any secondary market, off-platform trade, or parallel transaction involving Coins, user accounts, or ticket allocations. If the operator reasonably suspects that Coins or tickets have been transferred, bartered, or promised between accounts in exchange for real-world currency, external goods, or external services, the operator reserves the right to immediately freeze or terminate all involved accounts, confiscate the traded Coins, and void any ticket allocations obtained using those Coins without notice or liability.
平台營運者嚴格禁止任何涉及代幣、用戶帳戶或門票分配的二級市場、平台外交易或平行交易。如營運者合理懷疑帳戶之間的代幣或門票轉讓、以物易物或承諾是為了換取現實世界的貨幣、外部商品或外部服務，營運者保留立即凍結或終止所有相關帳戶、沒收已交易的代幣並取消使用該等代幣獲得的任何門票分配的權利，無需另行通知且不承擔任何責任。
6. ADMIN AND EVENT ORGANISER RESPONSIBILITIES 管理員及活動主辦方責任
6.1 Administrator Privileges 管理員特權
Certain users may be granted administrative or organiser privileges ("Admins") by the Platform operator. Admins have the authority to create, manage, and modify events, allocate tickets, and moderate User-Generated Content within their designated scope. These privileges are granted at the sole discretion of the Platform operator and may be revoked at any time without notice or liability.
某些用戶可能獲平台營運者授予管理員或主辦方特權（「管理員」）。管理員有權在其指定範圍內建立、管理及修改活動、分配門票以及審核用戶生成內容。此等特權由平台營運者全權酌情授予，並可隨時撤銷，無需另行通知且不承擔任何責任。
6.2 Event Legality and Safety 活動合法性及安全性
Admins are solely responsible for the events they organise on the Platform. Admins warrant that their events comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements, and do not promote illegal, harmful, or discriminatory activities. The Platform operator bears no responsibility for verifying the safety, legality, or logistics of any event created by an Admin.
管理員對其在平台上舉辦的活動承擔全部責任。管理員保證其活動遵守所有適用法律、法規及場地要求，並且不宣揚非法、有害或歧視性活動。對於管理員建立之任何活動的安全性、合法性或後勤安排，平台營運者概不負責核實。
6.3 Prohibition of Abuse of Power 禁止濫用權力
Admins must not abuse their privileges to unfairly manipulate ticket allocations, hoard platform virtual credits, or arbitrarily ban users without justified cause. Furthermore, Admins are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting real-world currency, bribes, or external favors in exchange for priority event access, guaranteed tickets, or platform favors. Any such abuse will result in immediate termination of Admin privileges and potential legal action.
管理員不得濫用其特權以不公平地操縱門票分配、囤積平台虛擬積分，或在沒有正當理由的情況下任意封禁用戶。此外，嚴禁管理員索取或接受現實世界的貨幣、賄賂或外部利益，以換取優先活動參與權、保證門票或平台利益。任何此類濫用行為將導致管理員特權被立即終止，並可能面臨法律行動。
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS 知識產權及第三方連結
7.1 Platform Intellectual Property 平台知識產權
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its source code, design, branding, and algorithms, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the Platform's name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
平台的所有權利、所有權及利益，包括其源代碼、設計、品牌及算法，均為並將繼續是平台營運者的專有財產。本條款中的任何內容均未賦予閣下使用平台名稱、商標、標誌、域名或其他顯著品牌特徵的權利。
7.2 User-Generated Content License 用戶生成內容授權
While you retain ownership of any content you upload, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods to operate and promote the Platform.
雖然閣下保留所上傳任何內容的所有權，但透過提交用戶生成內容，閣下即授予平台一項全球性、非獨佔、免版稅的授權，以使用、複製、重製、處理、改編、修改、發佈、傳輸、展示及分發該等內容於任何及所有媒體或分發方法中，以營運及推廣平台。
7.3 Third-Party Links 第三方連結
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or forms (e.g., external venues, Google Forms) posted by users or Admins. The Platform operator does not endorse and bears no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
平台可能包含由用戶或管理員發佈的第三方網站、服務或表格（例如外部場地、Google Forms）的連結。平台營運者不認可亦不對任何第三方網站或服務的內容、隱私政策或做法承擔任何責任。
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND SYSTEM AVAILABILITY 責任限制及系統可用性
8.1 No Warranty 免責聲明
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THE PLATFORM OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
平台以「現狀」及「可用」基礎提供，不附帶任何明示、默示或法定的保證。平台營運者否認所有保證，包括但不限於對適銷性、適用於特定目的及不侵權的保證。
8.2 Limitation of Liability 責任限制
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF HONG KONG, THE PLATFORM OPERATOR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL COINS OR BALANCES, SYSTEM DOWN TIME, DATABASE CORRUPTION, LOSS OF USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, THE COIN ECONOMY, EVENT ATTENDANCE, OR TICKET ALLOCATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
在香港法律允許的最大範圍內，平台營運者、其董事、高級管理人員、僱員及代理人對因閣下使用平台、代幣經濟、活動出席或門票分配而引起或與之相關的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害賠償概不負責，包括但不限於利潤損失、數據遺失、虛擬代幣或餘額遺失、系統停機時間、數據庫損壞、使用損失或商譽損失，無論是基於保證、合約、侵權行為（包括疏忽）或任何其他法律理論。
8.3 Indemnification 彌償
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any dispute between you and another user regarding Coins, tickets, or events; (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
閣下同意就因以下事項引起或與之相關的任何及所有索賠、責任、損害、損失、費用及開支（包括合理的法律費用）向平台營運者、其關聯公司、董事、高級管理人員、僱員及代理人作出彌償、辯護及使其免受損害：(a) 閣下使用平台；(b) 閣下違反本條款；(c) 閣下與其他用戶之間就代幣、門票或活動的任何爭議；(d) 閣下向平台提交的任何內容。
8.4 Dispute Resolution 爭議解決
Any disputes between users regarding Coin transfers, ticket allocations, or event-related matters are the sole responsibility of the users involved. The Platform operator is not a party to such disputes and bears no liability for their resolution.
用戶之間就代幣轉賬、門票分配或活動相關事宜的任何爭議，由涉及的用戶全權負責。平台營運者並非該等爭議的當事方，對其解決不承擔任何責任。
8.5 Data Loss and Force Majeure 數據遺失及不可抗力
The Platform operator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform. Operations may be interfered with by numerous technical or external factors outside the operator's control. The operator shall not be liable for any loss of data, database corruption, or the disappearance of any virtual assets (Coins, XP, rewards, tickets) caused by system technical failures, cyberattacks, software bugs, human error, or Force Majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather such as Typhoons or Black Rainstorm warnings, pandemics, strikes, or government mandates).
平台營運者不保證本平台將持續、無間斷或安全地可供存取。平台的運作可能會受到營運者控制範圍以外的眾多技術或外部因素干擾。對於因系統技術故障、網絡攻擊、軟件錯誤、人為錯誤或不可抗力事件（包括但不限於自然災害、颱風或黑雨警告等惡劣天氣、大流行病、罷工或政府指令）而導致的任何數據遺失、數據庫損壞，或任何虛擬資產（代幣、經驗值、獎勵、門票）的消失，營運者概不承擔任何責任。
8.6 Maintenance and Geographical Restrictions 維護及地域限制
The Platform operator reserves the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform entirely or in part, at any time without prior notice, for operational purposes, system maintenance, upgrades, or security patches. Furthermore, the operator may enforce geo-location restrictions to block access from specific countries or regions to comply with local laws, prevent fraud, or manage operational capacity.
平台營運者保留絕對權利，隨時在無需事先通知的情況下，出於營運目的、系統維護、升級或安全修補而限制、暫停或終止對平台全部或部分的存取。此外，營運者可實施地域限制，封鎖來自特定國家或地區的存取，以遵守當地法律、防止欺詐或管理營運能力。
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS 條款修改
The Platform operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
平台營運者保留在任何時候修改本條款的權利。在任何修改後繼續使用平台即表示接受修訂後的條款。定期查閱本條款乃閣下的責任。
10. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY 個人資料及隱私
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and retention of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and our Privacy Policy.
閣下對平台的使用亦受我們的《隱私政策》約束，該政策透過提述納入本條款。使用本平台即表示閣下同意根據香港法例第486章《個人資料（隱私）條例》及我們的《隱私政策》收集、使用、處理及保留閣下的個人資料。
11. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY 管轄法律及可分割性
11.1 Governing Law 管轄法律
These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據其詮釋。因本條款引起或與之相關的任何爭議，須受香港法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
11.2 Severability 可分割性
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
如本條款的任何條文被具管轄權的法院裁定為無效、非法或不可執行，該條文應在所需的最小範圍內予以修改以使其可執行，而本條款的其餘條文將繼續完全有效。
